IMESA homepage announcement

Hi everyone,
IMESA finally has a homepage! It doesn't contain a lot just yet:
But this means that the official announcement for the world championship is now live!
Also, we now have a dedicated discord server. It's where we'll publish decisions and make announcements going forward, but more importantly: thanks to @Evan_Gao and @teamworm it has an area specifically for making plans with other people for the WCH weekend!
