A lot has happened recently, so here's an update!
First of all, as previously briefly announced, registration for the World Championship will open very soon, in less than 24 hours - July 5th at 14:00 UTC.

You'll need to make an account to see that page (and also register later on), so now is a great time to do that if you haven't already!
We've also finally officially made the formal decisions regarding how we'll handle refunds and provided accommodations.
We've cleaned up the World Championship info page a bit. In particular, we now know the name of the MSO event: Minesweeper Royale!
We've also published our USD bank account details on our donations page. Unfortunately, you need a bank account that can actually make ACH transfers to send us money there. But if that's not the case, there is another option, because:
Finally, last but not least, Madridathon is STILL ongoing! At the time of this writing, $5400 have been raised, and there are over 16 days left on the timer.
@Evan_Gao and @Lilgooslem are doing absolutely incredible work there - we have no words.
