In lieu of a functioning WISE account: Regarding decision #4, Catalina Vicol will book the accommodations in IMESA's name, but pay with her private money, half of which will be paid back to her by Thomas Kolar. For internal purposes, we consider this equivalent to a private donation of half the value of the booking by both parties.
