If: - a player confirms their participation in an event - but then an application for a visa (for that player and event) that we wrote an invitation letter for gets denied - and the player informs us of this in a reasonable amount of time
Then we will fully forgive that player for not attending, despite having confirmed their attendance; there will be no repercussions from IMESA.
